How to Get an Appointment on DFA

Step 1: Access DFA Online Appointment System

Go to the official DFA passport appointment website: https://www.passport.gov.ph.

Step 2: Create an Account

Click “Register” to create a new account. Fill in your personal details such as name, email, and valid ID information.

Step 3: Login and Select Service

After verifying your email, log in to your account. Choose the service you want: Passport Application or Passport Renewal.

Step 4: Choose Appointment Details

Select your preferred DFA office, date, and time for your appointment.

Step 5: Confirm Appointment

Review your details and confirm your appointment. Make sure to save or print your appointment confirmation for reference.

Step 6: Prepare Requirements
